ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 22.04.2015 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 120-B of I.P.C., and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.05.2015, petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry. 4.In view of the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
