The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Gandhi Memorial Museum, Madurai. He would further submit that the petitioner was unable to raise funds, thereby, this petition has been filed for modification. However, he would submit that he is not press for modification and he would only seek further time to comply with the condition.
