************* [Judgment of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.] The original Writ Petitioner had filed the Writ Petition challenging the suspension order, dated 24.12.2008. The said Writ Petition was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 18.04.2009. W.A(MD)NO.641 OF 2012 appellant was dismised from service and he has taken separate action against the said dismissal order and hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated further in this appeal. 3.In view of the above-said submission, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
