ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.452 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The defacto complainant Amutha is present in person before this Court. She has been duly identified by Thiru.P.Kalaiyarasan, Sub Inspector of Police attached to Viruveedu Police Station, Dindigul District. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that she does not want to pursue the complaint. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned prosecution alive. The parties have also filed a joint Compromise Memo. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1609 of 2022 quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the record.
