ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.556/2015 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The petitioners are A1 and A2 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 427, 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and the de-facto complainant is the sister of the petitioner. 3.Today, the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that both the parties have filed a compromise memo stating that the matter in issue between them has been amicably resolved and therefore, the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant is not willing to prosecute the case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the light of the said compromise memo, no purpose will be served by keeping the Criminal Original Petition pending. 5.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.556 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent, is quashed. The Memo of Compromise shall form part of the record.
