This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No. 367 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruchitrambalam Police Station, Thanjavur District and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and the police report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.92 of 2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that there are totally three accused persons in this case and the petitioner has been arrayed as A2 in the police report. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the subsequent development that has taken place in this case, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR at this stage. Now that the final report has been filed, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, if so advised.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.11.2024 NCC :
