415 of 2016: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to allow this CRP and set aside the order passed I.A.NO.259 of 2014 in O.S.No.195 of 2003 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram, dated 29.01.2016, in so far as the condition imposing to deposit of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of the Trial Court.
