The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to him. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, would contend that the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2020 was registered as CSR.No.43 of 2021 and on the basis of an undertaking given by the petitioner and the private respondents 3 to 5 that they would resolve their dispute amicably before a competent Civil Court, the complaint was closed.
