2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant, and the learned counsel for the respondent is present before this Court.

3. On the earlier occasion i.e. on 09.04.2025, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant in the cause list and the same has also been printed. Despite the name has been printed in the cause list, the appellant has neither entered appearance through a counsel nor in-person for the hearing on 17.04.2025 and also today (22.04.2025).

4. Being left with no other option, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
