To set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.D.O.P.No.190 of 2016 on the file of the District Judge, kanyakumari District at Nagercoil dated 14.03.2017 in so far as granting decree of judicial separation instead of divorce. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.PAUL MURUGESAN, Advocate for Mr.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as cost to Mr.S.Paul Murugesan, Advocate who represented the respondent, on or before 16.08.2018, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
