Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent and forbearing respondents 2 to 9 for conducting Vadipatti Bar Association Election 2020 on 10.01.2020 and on any subsequent dates and to conduct election after proper registration as per the Tamilnadu Society Registration Rules Sec.16(3)(b) and Section 44(4) issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.818/E1/2018, dated 05.04.2018 and after making proper registration, election to be conducted in a fair manner after providing opportunity to vote in the election of all the 71 members of the Vadipatti Bar Association instead of selection process and consequently directing the 1st respondent not to register the Vadipatti Bar Association Election conducted by respondents 2 to 9 without obeying the registration rules.
