2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners appeared through Video Conferencing and requested this Court to grant permission to withdraw this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent has submitted that investigation has been completed and final report is also filed before the Court concerned on 16.09.2023 as further action dropped. 4.The same is recorded. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous, accordingly, it is closed.
