ORDER

The matter was taken up for hearing today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.The above said revision petition in C.R.P.(MD)No.77 of 2025, was disposed of on 24.03.2025, granting visitation rights to the father over his minor daughter between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon on every first Sunday of a month in the office of the Legal Aid Centre attached to the District Court, Virudhunagar. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent in the revision petition has filed a Memo today contending that the first Sunday falls on 6th April 2025. On the said date, there is a Temple function at Virudhunagar and they would likely to attend the same along with the child. Therefore, they would not be in a position to bring the child to the Legal Aid Centre attached to the District Court, Virudhunagar, and has sought for exemption for the period between 06.04.2025 and 09.04.2025.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, on instructions, has submitted that they would have visitation rights on 05.04.2025 at the same place

between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon. It is agreed to by the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent and the same is recorded.
