Seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report as expeditiously as possible, this petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and perused the records.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.106 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
