ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under clause 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w.7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.108 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit the petitioner was already secured by the respondent Police.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
