ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to call for the petitioner for the interview to the post of Lab Technician Grade III and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to appoint the petitioner for post of Lab Technician Grade III, if found eligible in the interview, within the time stipulated by this Court in view of the petitioner's employment seniority. 2.Though a larger relief has been sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would now submit that it would suffice if the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.9819 of 2010 petitioner dated 24.07.2010 and dispose of the same within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
4.Consider the submission now made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2010 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
