ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.8 of 2015 pending on the file of the District Crime Branch, (ALGSC), Thoothukudi/ first respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner concern.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed charge sheet before the Special Court for Anti-Land Grabbing cases, Thoothukudi District and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.83 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 2/4

The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 25.01.2023 NCC :
