RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner by this Honorable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17447 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022 and to pass such other reliefs as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJASEKAR.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17447 of 2022, dated 29.09.2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17447 of 2022, dated 29.09.2022 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.564 of 2023 modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
