This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned auction notification, dated 15.07.2010 for the period from 01.07.2010 to 30.06.2013.

2.The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that the auction period has come to an end and the third respondent has completed the contract, therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is unable to inform this Court as to the whether the Writ Petition has become https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.As seen from the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, which pertains to an auction notification, dated 15.07.2010, the period and the lease has already come to an end on 30.06.2013. Hence, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
