O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The petitioner herein has encroached a public land in Survey No. 365/1 at Kulasekarankottai Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District. Hence, after issuing a notice under Section 7 of 'the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905' [hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'], on 30.10.2025 and receipt of the representation of the petitioner herein dated 07.11.2025, notice under Section 6 of the Act been issued by the Tahsildar to the writ petitioner on 17.12.2025 and the same been received by the petitioner. However, suppressing the fact that the Section 6 notice dated 17.12.2025 served on them, the present Writ Petition is filed, as if representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2025 as against Section 7 notice is still pending.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader has served a copy of the Section 6 notice issued by the Tahsildar signed on 17.12.2025 and received by the representatives of the writ petitioner namely Sr.Anitha, Sr.Infant Chandrasekar and Rufus.

3.The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed, since the representation has already been considered and disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [G.J., J.] & [K.K.R.K., J.] 12.01.2026 NCC :
