Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent to set aside the order dated 01.07.2011 made in W.P(MD) No.9517 of 2015 on the file of this Court.

Prayer in WP(MD). 9517/ 2005 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of 1st respondent relating to the award passed in I.D.No. 179 of 1997 dated 07.11.2002 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner as conductor with all attendant benefits.

ORDER:- This Writ Appeal having been posted under the casption "For Being Mentioned" on Twenty Fifth day of October Two Thousand Twenty One and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. R.Rajamohan, Advocate for the Appellant and of Thiru. D.Srinivasa Raghavan, Advocate for the first Respondent, this Court made the following order:(Order of the Court was made by Pushpa Sathyanarayana, J.) This writ appeal is taken up under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant/ Management.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant / Management brought to the notice of this Court the typographical errors crept in the order dated 24.03.2021, which was passed after pronouncing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Heard the learned counsel for the first respondent.

4. Having regard to the above submissions, the last paragraph of the order dated 24.03.2021, which was passed, after pronouncing the judgment of even date shall be read as follows: "After judgment pronounced today, it is mentioned by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellant that in compliance with the order of the Division Bench, backwages have been deposited to the credit of I.D.No.179 of 1997 before the Labour Court, Tirunelveli and the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the same. Accordingly, the appellant/Management is permitted to withdraw whatever the amount available with the Labour Court in I.D.No.179 of 1997."

5. The Registry is directed to issue corrected judgment copy to the parties free of cost.
