This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner to remove the dead and fallen trees by considering the complaint of the petitioner, dated 24.05.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tahsildar concerned for appropriate relief.
