RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time time in Crl.O.P(MD).NO.21298/2018 dated 06/12/2018 for surrender before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time fixed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21298 of 2018, dated 06.12.2018, for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchendur. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to non-receiving the Demand Draft by the Temple Authorities, the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of time.
