ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.56 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police station and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already laid the final report before the jurisdictional Court through E-filing No.333/2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
