RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner to deposit the amount Rs.50,000/- in the credit of Crime No.254/2018 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur instead of the Temple amount in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21298/2018 dated 06/12/2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Crl Sdie)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.

50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.254 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, instead of the Temple Account. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner approached the Temple Authorities to submit the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.50,000/-, they refused to receive the same and therefore, he seeks modification. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, one of the conditions imposed by this Court viz., the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the account of the Temple is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

the said sum to the credit of Crime No.254 of 2018. This petition is ordered accordingly.
