This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.43 of 2022, pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Karur.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police that in this case, trial has commenced and the case is posted on 31.07.2024 for examination of investigation officer/L.W.9.

4.Since the material witnesses have already been examined, those evidences have to be analyzed and a finding has to be rendered by the trial 2/4

Court, hence this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.
