This Court directed the Registry to post the matter in the list under the caption "for dismissal" on 27.09.2019, as there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter, on 27.09.2019, at request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 14.10.2019.

2.On 21.10.2019, the learned Counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions. Therefore, this Court directed the Office to issue notice to the petitioner and post the matter after service. Accordingly, the Registry has sent notice to the petitioner on 01.11.2019, informing that the matter will be posted on 11.11.2019. After service of notice, today, (ie., 11.11.2019) this writ petition is posted under the caption "for dismissal". However, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss the Writ Petition.
