Crime No.368/2018 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.22911 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.M.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22911 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are elderly sick persons and unable to appear before the respondent police station without the help of somebody else and therefore, he seeks relaxation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
