Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.M.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22911 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Driver and he used to pickup the Students to Private Schools and therefore, he seeks modification. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, one of the conditions imposed by this Court viz., the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
