ORDER
The petitioner has filed W.P.(MD)No.15492 of 2020 to issue a Writ of Mandamus, restraining the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in respect of Survey Nos.73/2B for an extent of 7.55 acres in patta No.826 situated at Ariyavur Village, Sri rangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2020. This Court by order dated 06.11.2020, has directed the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2020. Alleging non compliance of the above order, this contempt petition has been filed.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would state that during the enquiry by the 3rd respondent/police on 21.10.2020, both parties agreed to resolve the issue by measuring the disputed land by the Surveyor and recording the said undertaking, the representation of the petitioner was closed.
3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub application is closed.
