This writ petition has been filed as against the impugned communication in No.FE.CO.FMD.6747/02.01.020/2011-12, dated 16.09.2011 issued by the third respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner to remit 10,000 US Dollars in the petitioner's account, under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme. 2.Today(05.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
