PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders based on petitioner's representations dated 10.03.2025 and 24.06.2025 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the respondents to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 10.03.2025 and 24.06.2025.
2. A perusal of the records reveal that the explosives licence granted to the petitioner for a cracker manufacturing unit was suspended on 23.03.2024 following a fire accident. The petitioner has given a request for revoking such suspension and to renew the licence. The petitioner has also made a request for name transfer. So far, these two applications have not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider these two applications and pass orders within a period of 8(eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
