2. No case has been made out for interfering under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If according to the petitioner, any cognizable offence has been made out, it is always open to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
