Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka. M2/rP.k.vz; 3/2010 dated 04.08.2011 and quash the same as illegal.

This writ petition is filed as against the orders of the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka. M2/rP.k.vz; 3/2010 dated 04.08.2011, under the Patta Pass Book Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.11322 of 2011 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has already filed a civil suit with regard to the disputed property and the same is pending before the Subordinate Court, Tenkasi, in O.S.No.47 of 2008. But, without considering the same, the first respondent has passed the order, which is impugned in this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.no.47 of 2008 was dismissed by the Civil Court and as against which, no appeal has been preferred . He also submits that writ petitioner died and he is not having any instructions as to whether the writ petitioner is having any legal representative or not.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner is no more and he is not having any instructions with regard to the legal representatives of the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
