Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.ANANTHADEVI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners, based on the undertaking given by the petitioners that the husband of the victim would pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month as maintenance from 01.05.2018 onwards. This condition was imposed, pursuant to the consent given by the petitioners. Therefore, the question of modifying the same does not arise.

2.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
