This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.147 of 2015, dated 02.06.2015, on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Office, Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 111 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.
