Prayer in WMP(MD).No.14297/2020 Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to Stay all further proceedings of the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Q.1/911/2019 dated 11.11.2020 pending disposal of the above WP and thus render Justice.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Q.1/911/2019 dated. 11.11.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to place the petitioner in the post of BDO with all attendant benefits within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
