ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of the impugned complaint in M.C.No.143 of 2014 pending on the file of the (*)Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirpppalli and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3.The petitioners are in-laws of the respondent herein. The respondent filed M.C.No.143 of 2014 on the file of the (*) Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli, under the Domestic Violence Act, seeking only a direction. The Act itself gave time schedule to dispose of the cases.

4. This Court is of the view that the petitioners instead of appearing before the Court below to put forth their submissions on merits, have come forward with this petition on untenable grounds.

5. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and unless the same is required. The learned (*) Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli, is directed to dispose of M.C.No.143 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
