This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the direct the learned Judicial Magistrate,Cheranmahadevi to complete the trial expeditiously in C.C. No.34 of 2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally eleven witnesses in this case and the case is posted for cross examination of LW. 1 to 3 on 29.01.2020.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate,Cheranmahadevi to dispose the case pending in C.C.No. 34 of 2017 within a period of four months from 29.01.2020 and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
