ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.5 of 2025 in O.S.No.76 of 2018 by Additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram, dated 06.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram, was decreed on 05.01.2026. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the subsequent development and the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
