JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) This Writ Appeal is directed against the order, dated 22.08.2012 passed in W.P(MD)No.4242 of 2012.

2.The writ petitioner, who is the first respondent in the Writ Appeal, who was rusticated from her M.Phil guideship for two years was challenged in the Writ Petition, which was allowed originally. 3.The appellant / second respondent-University has preferred the above Writ Appeal.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant / second respondent-University submitted that the first respondent / writ petitioner is no more and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Appeal.

5.In view of the above, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
