This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigating agency of the 3rd respondent to the CBCID or any other investigating agency to investigate the case in Cr.No.258 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.258/2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 15.07.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
