Thanjavur ,vide in letter D.No.445/2023 dated 26/07/2023, this Court made the following order:

By an order of this Court dated 14.07.2023, an explanation was called for from the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur in respect of the non-disposal of I.D.O.P.No.373 of 2020 even though twice the time was extended for disposal of I.D.O.P.

2. Pursuant to the above direction of this Court, the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur by his letter dated 26.07.2023 bearing reference D.No.445/2023, has given explanation for non-disposal of I.D.O.P.

3. Being satisfied with the explanation given by the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur in the said letter dated 26.07.2023, time for disposing the I.D.O.P. is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
