When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was clarified by the official respondents that there is no proposal to shift the cremation ground to Survey No.100 and that it is proposed to be located only in Survey No.67/2. The petitioner therefore has no cause of action. If the petitioner has any grievance in future, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court again for the present.

3. This writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
