ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the summon in M.C.No.(A3) 515 / 7148 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 for the appearance of the petitioner on 29.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have issued notice dated 22.11.2024 for the appearance of the petitioner on 29.11.2024 and the said date was already lapsed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the summon is only for a particular date i.e.on 29.11.2024 for appearance of the petitioner and the said date was already lapsed, no further orders required to be passed in this case. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
