Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17766 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) @ 294(b), 324, 307, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.277 of 2018, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a month ie., on first Monday.
