ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for R7 the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1587 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Though the notice was served on the respondents 1 to 6 and their names are printed in the cause list and there is no representation for the respondents 1 to 6 either in person or through counsel.
3.Mr.J.S.Murali, learned counsel takes notice for the 7th respondent and he has no objection for allowing this petition. 4.Recording the no objection by the learned counsel for 7th respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 1587 days is condoned and the Petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Rojavanam Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this Petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
