RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.1090 of 2019 dated 25/01/2019 and direct the petitioner to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai instead of appearing before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1090 of 2019, dated 25.01.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not co-operated for the investigation and made false complaint against the Law Enforcing Agency. Moreover, the petitioner has complied with the conditions only for two days and hence, vehemently opposed to entertain this petition. 4.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
