ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.4 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2. The petitioners have been arrayed as accused in Crime No.4 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. 3.When the matter came up for hearing, both the counsel submitted that the matter has been resolved before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, between the parties. It is further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that further proceedings in Crime No.4 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent may be quashed.

4. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to quash the proceedings. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.4 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, is quashed.
