Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10703 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 167, 416, 420, 465, 466, 468 and 471 of IPC and Sections 7 and 13(2) r/w 13(i)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act in Crime No.01 of 2017, while granting anticipatory https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a month ie., on first Monday.
